"A Community Benefits Agreement ("CBA") in the United States is a contract signed by community groups and a real estate developer that requires the developer to provide specific amenities and/or mitigation's to the local community or neighborhood. In exchange, the community groups agree to publicly support the project, or at least not oppose it. Often, negotiating a CBA relies heavily upon the formation of a multi-issue, broad based community coalition including community, environmental, faith-based and labor organizations." Gentrification is a serious issue that effects every man woman and child that reside in our city. As a result, $25,000 dollars should be paid to every name that appears on our CBA list. You MUST be a resident of the city of Inglewood or a student of the Inglewood school district. The Rams, Chargers and Clippers can easily afford to help us all, 100,000 residents, fight the impact of gentrification in Inglewood.
